1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to The CEO Command Suite (“Platform”). By accessing, purchasing, or using this
Platform and all associated assets—including automation snapshots, SOPs, templates, scripts,
email sequences, funnels, training, or membership resources—you agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms apply to all users, including those enrolled in one of the following tiers of The CEO
Command Suite:
● Assistant Suite
● Manager Suite
● Executive Suite
Each Suite provides different access levels, content, and permissions. Tier-specific terms apply
in addition to the general terms in this document.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
The CEO Command Suite is an operational ecosystem built for Travel CEOs. The Platform may
include:
● Automation snapshots for The CEO Command Suite
● Email and funnel templates
● Client onboarding workflows
● Sales process pipelines
● Tech training and tutorials
● Community support
● Tier-specific upgrades, drops, and bonuses
● Licensing rights depending on tier
The Platform may evolve, and features may be added, modified, or removed without notice.
3. ELIGIBILITY
By accessing the Platform, you confirm that:
● You are at least 18 years old.
● You are using the Platform for business purposes.
● You have authority to bind your business to this agreement.
4. PAYMENT + BILLING TERMS
1. All purchases are non-refundable, including partial use, lack of use, or account
inactivity.
2. Membership fees recur automatically monthly or annually (depending on the selected
billing cycle).
3. You authorize Travel Success Consulting, LLC to automatically process recurring
payments.
4. If a payment fails, access will be paused until resolved.
5. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments.
5. LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials in The CEO Command Suite—including but not limited to automation workflows,
templates, scripts, training videos, SOPs, email sequences, and snapshot builds—are the
exclusive property of Travel Success Consulting, LLC.
Members receive a single-business, non-transferable, non-commercial license unless
otherwise stated in the tier-specific terms.
You MAY NOT:
● Resell, redistribute, or transfer any materials
● Replicate systems to create your own competing program
● Upload materials to public drives, online folders, or shared resource hubs
● Claim the intellectual property as your own
● Share access with team members outside your business without permission
● Use any materials in client accounts unless your tier permits it
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and pursuit of legal action.
6. TIER-SPECIFIC TERMS
Your Suite (tier) determines your access level, support level, and licensing permissions.
6.1 ASSISTANT SUITE (ENTRY LEVEL)
Includes:
● Access to foundational CRM tools
● Basic workflows
● Select templates
● Limited tech training
● Community access (if offered)
Assistant Suite DOES NOT include:
● Commercial workflow use
● Executive-level automation drops
● Advanced funnels
● Priority tech support
● Snapshot installation assistance
● Workflow use in client accounts
● Exclusive monthly/quarterly automation drops
Assistant Suite RESTRICTIONS:
● Materials may only be used internally within your own travel business.
● You cannot install snapshots or workflows in client accounts.
● You cannot modify materials for resale or distribution.
● Access is revoked if your subscription ends.
6.2 MANAGER SUITE (MID-LEVEL)
Includes everything in Assistant Suite PLUS:
● Full access to intermediate workflows
● Additional email and funnel templates
● Expanded client onboarding automations
● Intermediate-level sales systems
● Monthly Q&A or support access (if included in your offer)
● Standard customer support (3–5 business days)
Manager Suite DOES NOT include:
● Executive Suite snapshots
● Quarterly advanced automation drops
● Commercial licensing for client use
● Workflow duplication rights
● Priority support
● Private strategy access
Manager Suite RESTRICTIONS:
● Workflows MAY NOT be installed into client accounts.
● Workflows may only be used in your own business.
● You may not resell, duplicate, or reverse-engineer materials.
● Access to content ends immediately upon cancelation.
6.3 EXECUTIVE SUITE (TOP TIER)
The Executive Suite is the highest level of access and includes everything in Assistant +
Manager PLUS:
● Full library of advanced workflows & snapshots
● Quarterly training/refresher
● Full operational ecosystem + sales funnels
● Advanced onboarding, sales, and marketing automations
● Advanced templates + premium scripts
● Priority support
● Exclusive Executive community access
● Annual operations audit (if applicable)
● VIP access to new builds before they are publicly released
Executive Suite PERMISSIONS:
Executive Suite users may:
✔ Use workflows and automation snapshots inside their own business operations
✔ Use workflows with internal team members supporting their travel business
✔ Customize workflows for internal business use
Executive Suite RESTRICTIONS:
Executive Suite members may NOT:
❌ Install any workflows, snapshots, or funnels into client accounts unless a commercial-use license is purchased separately
❌ Sell or distribute workflows as templates
❌ Market automation snapshots as their own
❌ Use any part of the system to create a competing coaching or tech product
❌ Share Executive Suite materials with non-authorized team members or subcontractors
If you cancel your Executive Suite membership:
● All access to Executive-level materials, drops, and support ends immediately
● This includes access to previously downloaded snapshots, links, updates, and new
feature releases
7. SUPPORT TERMS
Support access varies by tier:
Assistant Suite
● Standard email support
● Response time: 5–7 business days
Manager Suite
● Email support + group Q&A (if included)
● Response time: 3–5 business days
Executive Suite
● Priority support
● Response time: within 48 hours
● Includes one annual operations audit (if included in your version of the Suite)
Support DOES NOT include:
● Custom builds
● Funnel creation
● Tech cleanup
● Full account migrations
● 1:1 consulting
● Custom automation development
● Troubleshooting issues unrelated to our materials
8. CANCELLATION + TERMINATION
You may cancel at any time.
Canceling stops future charges but does not issue refunds.
Travel Success Consulting reserves the right to terminate access for:
● Policy violations
● Sharing or distributing materials
● Chargebacks, failed payments, or fraud
● Abuse of the Platform
● Violation of licensing rights
● Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff or community members
No refunds will be granted for terminated accounts.
9. NON-COMPETE + CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree not to:
● Build, teach, or sell a competing CRM system for travel agents
● Create a competing operations suite, challenge, course, or platform
● Reverse-engineer workflows to create derivative products
● Use The CEO Command Suite knowledge to replicate a competitor offer
You also agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:
● Workflow structure
● Operational frameworks
● Proprietary tagging systems
● Automations
● Processes
● Codes
● Naming conventions
● Future feature plans
10. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
The CEO Command Suite is an educational and operational resource. Results vary based on
effort, implementation, business structure, and marketing efforts. No income or booking
guarantees are made.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Travel Success Consulting, LLC is not responsible for:
● Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
● Tech issues or outages
● Third-party software changes
● Data loss
● Account setup errors
● Business decisions based on resource use
Maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
